    This class covers a brief history of the origin of Jin Shin Jyutsu and the basic principles of its physio-philosophy.  We will discuss the concept of universal life-energy and follow its main flow pattern through the body.  We will explore the 26 "Safety Energy Lock" locations along this flow pattern and see how we can utilize them to improve our health and well-being.  We will practice using some of these energy-lock locations in three different sequences, or flows, to help increase vitality, improve elimination, and support digestion (of thoughts as well as food).   We will name five primary attitudes and examine how they can affect different aspects of our health.  We will learn corresponding relationships between the primary attitudes, our fingers, and organ energy functions, while utilizing them to promote harmony.  We may also gain a brighter, new perspective of how we see ourselves, and by extension, others.

    Plenty of class time is allotted for self-care practice and guidance for improving health issues such as poor circulation, blood pressure imbalance, pain, headaches, digestive troubles, nausea, anxiety, breathing difficulties, fatigue, and others.
